8 - 10 pork chops 1 c biscuits 4 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Take pork chops and sear them, put in boiler and simmer in approximately 2 cups chicken broth, then place layer of chops in baking dish, then press biscuits thin place over chops, all the way up until all the chops and biscuits are used, pour the left over broth over the chops and biscuits, this should be simmering, just before putting the pie in the oven drop the eggs into the pie, sort of move over the chops so that the eggs are down into the pie. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the top biscuits are nice an brown. The biscuits in the pie will be like a nice dumpling.
