"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Filling 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cool whip 1- 8 oz cream chees2 packages vanilla pudding 3 cups milk 1 large cool whip
ix together flour, margarine, nuts push in 9/13" pan & bake for 15 minutes at 350º oven until lightly brown. Mix powdered sugar cool whip and 8 oz cream cheese- spread over crust- Prepare pudding and 3 cups milk then spread over top mixture. Last spread one large cool whip on top & sprinkle with coconut.
I have used different flavors of pudding and it works well too. You can also put nuts on top if your family does not like coconut.
