Cake:
2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cup shortening-mix well.

1 1/2 cup plain flour. 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup nuts-mix well, pour liquid ingredient's into dry ingredients mix well. Pour into 9" by 13" greased-floured pan. Bake 30 min. 300 degree oven.Pour Miniature marshmallows on cake bake 305 degree for additional 10 min. cool 1 hr.

Icing:
1 lb powder sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 sick margarine
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts

Frost cooled cake. Slice and enjoy.

This was one of the favorite cakes my boys liked when they were growing up, it has a brownie texture.
