8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
8 oz. cheddar cheese grated
2 c. milk
6 eggs
2T. butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 heaping tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until 2/3 done. Wash with cold water and drain. Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs, salt and mustard; add milk. Mix well--use a blender or mixer. Add melted butter. Add half the grated cheese to macaroni. Mix in egg/milk mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in water bath ( place the dish in a larger pan that has been filled about halfway with water; this keeps the edges of the macaroni and cheese from turning brown) for 1 hour.
