2 C. Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 C. butter, melted
1/4 C. Sugar
4 egg whites
1 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cans of Lemon pie filling
1 8-oz. carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 3 ingredients.
Reserve 1/4 C. Place remainder in 9x13x2" pan.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, a little at a time, until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla.
Spread over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
Spread the Lemon pie filling over the cooled meringue.
Spread the Cool Whip over the Lemon filling.
Sprinkle with the reserved 1/4 C. crumbs.
Chill until serving time.
