2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound chopped fresh pork
1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
1 small slivered carrot
1 can bean sprouts
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Egg roll skins
flour
oil

Sauce:
1 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
4 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in oil until slightly brown, add pork and brown, add shrimp and carrot; cook 1 minute. Add bean sprouts and oyster sauce; cook 1 minute. Set off heat, cool to room temperature. Wrap in egg roll skins and put on floured cookie sheet. sprinkle flour over all. Heat oil, shake off excess flour and deep fry. Serve with sauce.

Sauce: combine water, catsup and sugar in small sauce pan. Heat to simmer and add just enough dissolved cornstarch to thicken.
