1 c Oil 3 c Sugar 4 Eggs 1 can of Pumpkin 1/3 c Water 3 1/2 c Flour 2 t Baking Soda 1 1/2 t Salt 1 t Cinnamon 1/2 t Nutmeg 1/2 t Allspice 1 c Raisins 1 c Walnuts - chopped
Combine Oil and Sugar in a large bowl. Add Eggs one at a time. Blend in Pumpkin and Water. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add to Pumpkin mixture. Stir in Raisins and Nuts. Grease and Flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour
