2 c. milk
2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 slices cubed bread
1/4 c. catsup
2/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. shredded carrots
GLAZE
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 T regular mustard
1/2 c. shredded cheddar
2 lbs ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together milk, salt, pepper, bread and catsup until bread is broken up.
Add onion, carrots, cheese and ground beef. Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with glaze and bake another 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
