2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. pkg. egg noodles, cooked

Simmer the following in 2TBsp. shortening

2 med.onions, chopped fine
3 buttons garlic, chopped fine
1-2 bell peppers, chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
When brown, add 2- 8oz cans tomato sauce and simmer 15 mins.
Brown the ground beef, add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 sm. can chili powder.
Mix all above ingredients together well.Add 1 c. chopped ripe olives, 1 lg. can whole kernel corn, 2 c. chopped mushrooms and 1 lb. rat cheese.
Mix well, pour into baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake 45 mins. on 350.
