2 1/2 cups prepared alfredo sauce
3 lbs chicken pieces, skinless, boneless
2 T lemon juice
2 T olive oil
1 tsp each salt & pepper
1 head garlic
1 15 oz can tomatoes, cut up
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1 4oz can chopped olives
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 lb pasta

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º.
Combine in medium bowl the alfredo sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper and 6 cloves garlic, chopped.
Arrange chicken pieces in a 13" X 9" pan sprayed with Pam, pour 3/4 of sauce over chicken then arrange tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives and remaining garlic in cloves around chicken; pour remaining sauce over rest; sprinkle with rosemary.
Cover pan with foil and cook at 450 for 20 minutes, then uncover for another 25 minutes.
Serve over cooked pasta.
