2 1/2 lb. squash 1 onion, chopped 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt pepper 1 cup grated sharp cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Cook squash and onion in butter until tender; season with salt and pepper. Mash squash, add cheese and milk; mix well. Pour in greased casserole dish, top with cheese & bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted
