3 eggs beaten
3 cups flour
2 cups fresh chopped apples
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1 tsp soda
1 cup pecans

Combine eggs & oil. Mix sugar, flour, salt & soda. Add to egg mixture. Fold in apples & pecans. Add vanilla. Bake in 8 x 14 pan for 40 45 minutes at 350.

Mix 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup light brown sugar & 1/4 cup evaporated milk. Bring to boil & cook for 2 - 3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour on warm cake. Cut into squares & serve.
