14 large white onions
12 hot green peppers
12 hot red peppers
3 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 pts. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers and onions all together. Pour boiling water over them. Strain, cover again with boiling water. Boil 3 minutes, strain again then add sugar, salt and vinegar. Cook 15 minutes, then put in hot jars and seal while hot.
