1 1/2 cups dried tomatoes, rehydrated & chopped
or can use fresh tomatoes
2 T margarine
3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless cut into strips
2 stalks green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
6 T dijon mustard
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup marsala wine
2 tsp dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet melt margarine and saute chicken strips about 10 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
Add to pan green onions, garlic and saute 3 minutes; add dijon mustard, milk, marsala, rosemary and tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens slightly.
Add back chicken to pan and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
