3 lbs chicken pieces, boneless, skinless
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup spanish olives, pitted
1/4 cup capers
1/2 cup prunes, pitted & chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white wine
3 bay leaves
2 tsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large ziploc bag all chicken and rest of ingredients. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350
Pour chicken and marinade into a 13" X 9" pan
Bake for 50 minutes. Serve over pasta.
