3 lbs chicken pieces
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 cup white wine
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart baking dish with high sides, place chicken, 1 1/2 cup hot water, onion, celery,carrots, salt & pepper, bouillon cubes & wine.
Cover and microwave at medium for 15 minutes.
Turn dish and continue cooking for 20 minutes more. Make Dumplings by adding milk to bisquick mix in small bowl; drop spoonfuls of dough on top of chicken around edges of dish. Microwave covered at high for 6 minutes until dough is puffy and not doughy.
