1 stick butter, softened
1 c flour
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar or 10x powdered sugar
1 pt whip cream (8oz)
1 package cream cheese (8oz)
2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
Milk, enough for directions on boxes of pudding

Directions:
Directions:
First layer: butter, flour, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Mix and press into a 12 x 7 pan. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Second layer: sugar, 1/2 pt of whip cream, cream cheese. Mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth then add cool whip. Mix together and spread on top of first layer.

Third layer: Mix pudding according to directions on box and spread on top of second layer. Let set according to box directions.

Fourth layer: Cover the third layer with the remaining cool whip. Put pecans on top if desired.

Serve chilled.
