1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook bacon, set aside. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and mayo. Mix in spinach and cheeses add rest of ingredients and spread into a lightly, greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake in 350 º oven for 25-30 minutes.
