6 medium pork chops 1 lg can sauerkraut 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
Place layer of undrained kraut in bottom of casserole, then 3 chops, layer of apple and repeat. Pepper to taste but little if any salt as kraut is salty. Cover and put into 250º oven and cook 2-2 1/2 hrs.- the longer the better as the flavors will all get together.
