Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
1. Cowboys go "Yee Haw"
2. Mexicans go "ah whoo ah"
3. Cajuns go "aah 'eee" or so some of the outside world thinks.

Try topping your fried or blackened fish with Étouffée (on a bed of rice), you'll love it.
