3-4 c. whole chicken breast, cut up
1 c. chopped celery, fine
1/2 c. chopped onion ( heavy on the onion)
1/2 c. clear chicken broth (almost whole can)
1 7 oz. can water chestnuts
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (2 cans)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing (crumbs), herb seasoned
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, and mushrooms (if using fresh), in a little butter. Mix chicken broth, water chestnuts, mushrooms (if using jar), chicken soup, and mayonnaise. Add sautéed onion and celery to above mixture, and stir in chicken pieces. Pour into a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Mix dressing with melted butter, and top casserole. Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.

May be made ahead and frozen.
