1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. raw apples, sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins

Mix oil & eggs. Blend in dry ingredients. Add apples, nuts, & raisins. Mix well. Spread in 9X13" pan, 2 loaf pans, or bundt pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hrs.
