5 green peppers cored and seeded
5 cups boiling salted water
1 lb Italian Sausage Browned and Drained
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Garlic salt and garlic pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Remove tops of green peppers , remove seeds and veins, wash inside and out.
Cook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain
Brown sausage, onion, drain fat and stir in garlic salt and pepper to taste.Add diced tomatoes and cooked rice, heat through
Stuff green peppers with sausage mixture and place in square glass greased baking pan. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cook covered for 35 minutes Uncover and top with cheese, cook 15 minutes longer. Let stand for five minutes before serving
