1 cup onion
1 cup celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 T. oil
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 can tomatoe paste
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. chili powder
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
3 lbs. raw, peeled shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, celery, & garlic in hot oil until veg. are tender. Add next 7 ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 1 hr. Add shrimp. Cover, simmer until done, about 5 mins. Serve over rice.
