Ingredients:  
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 and 1/3 cup Minute Rice
˝ cup chopped onion (optional)
1 small jar of cheese whiz
1 (light) can of cream of mushroom soup
1 (light) stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over broccoli to thaw. Sauté onions in margarine & add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Bake in covered casserole at 350° for 40-45 minutes. YUM!
