Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lb. pork roast (I use boneless)
lemon pepper (enough to rub all over roast)
1 medium onion, sliced
3/4 bottle Italian dressing
1 c. lemon juice
salt
1 to 1 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Ray's)
1 to 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork roast on all sides with lemon pepper. Put onion, Italian dressing, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in crock pot and stir. Add pot roast and cook on low for approximately 6-8 hours. Remove pork roast (saving some of juice for later use) and pull the pork apart with 2 forks. Add the BBQ sauce and brown sugar to the crock pot with a bit of the reserved juice (maybe about a 1/4 to 1/2 c.). Add pork roast and season to taste with lemon pepper and salt. Cook on low for another 1-2 hours.
