4 Orange Roughy or Catfish Fillets
1/3 c Parmesan Cheese
2 T Flour
1/2 t Paprika
2 T Milk
1 Egg
1/4 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow bowl combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper. In another shallow bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip fish into egg mixture then coat with parmesan mixture. Arrange in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
