2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Vinegar
1 Egg - Slightly Beaten
1 Med Onion - diced
1 Med Green Pepper - diced
1 t Mustard
1/4 c Cracker Crumbs or Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. In seperate bowl mix egg, onion, pepper, crumbs, beef, salt and pepper. Blend in 1/2 the tomato sauce mixture. Shape into loaf. Place in microwave safe dish. Make a depression in top of loaf. Pour remaining tomato sauce on top of meat. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
