3 lbs chicken parts cooked & shredded
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
2 28 oz cans enchilada sauce
2 dz flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Pour enchilada sauce in wide-mouth pan and warm on range, pour small amount of sauce over bottom of 13" X 9" pan. Dip a tortilla in saucepan & fill with 3 T chicken & 2 T cheese and roll up, placing seam side down in pan. When finished pour any extra sauce over top and sprinkle with extra cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
