1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/3 c. fine crumbs
1 can pork & beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
2 Tbsp. green chilis
1 can french fried onions
16 strips cheddar cheese

Mix beef, egg, salt, garlic ketchup and crumbs. Make patties; curl up edges to form 1 inch rim. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients, except onions and cheese. Spoon into meat shells. Sprinkle with onions and top with cheese. Bake another 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees.
