1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped
cooking oil
1 c. macaroni
8 oz. can kidney beans
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and pepper in small amount oil. Drain off fat: add macaroni, beans, sauce, water, chili powder and salt. Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Top with cheese and heat until melted.
