Brown ground beef and mix in package of taco seasoning. In 9 x 13 baking dish layer refried beans, ground beef and taco seasoning mix, salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, sprinkle heavily with shredded cheese, top with diced tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
