1 1/2 c. peanuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 1/2 qt. casserole or a large measuring cup (glass) stir together peanuts sugar, syrup and salt. Cook 8 minutes on high in microwave stirring well after half way. Stir in butter and vanilla microwave 2 minutes longer on high add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy pour on to lightly greased baking sheet, spread out thin and cool. Break apart.

Be careful when pouring it is very hot and will burn you. Also to make clean up easier let it cool and chip away.
