4 c. tart apples, sliced 1/3-1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. oatmeal 1/2 c olive oil 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 375º. Spray bottom and sides of 8x8x2" baking pan with Pam. Arrange apples in pan. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender. Serve warm with low fat ice cream.
