Ingredients:  
Sliced Cooked Beef
1 or 2 Onions sliced
2 cups beef stock or bouillon
Hungarian Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cornstarch (1 or 2 T.) mixed with water
Egg Dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter.
Add stock and paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over egg dumplings or egg noodles.
