Baby carrots
green beans
onion
green pepper
2 Tb bottle minced garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 salt
pepper to taste
2 Tb. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 13x10" pan. Place carrots, beans, onions and green pepper strips in pan. Sprinkle with garlic, drizzle oil over the veggies and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir and toss. Bake 15 mins at 450º, remove, stir and return every 15 minutes until bake a total of 40-45 mins. Remove and add vinegar
