4 6 oz. triple tail filets
Lawry's season-all
2 T butter
4 gourmet style buns
Coleslaw (your own recipe is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Begin with 4 triple tail filets (remember they have to fit on the bun!). Cover both sides generously with Lawry's Season all. Melt butter in skillet. Place triple tail in skillet, and cook until done. Toast buns in oven. Place cooked triple tail filet on bun and top with generous helping of coleslaw. Top with bun and enjoy!

I prefer to use an Emeril Lagasse recipe for the coleslaw-it's called Horseradish coleslaw, and is really good. But in a pinch you can just use the bag stuff. Instead of using the coleslaw dressing (which is really sweet) combine equal amounts of sour cream and mayo, equal amounts of honey and apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper, a little hot sauce, and mix with the cabbage mix. Really good. Maybe add some green onions for an extra kick. You can also cook the triple tail on the grill for extra flavor! Enjoy!
