1/4 cup flour,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper,
4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves,
1 large red onion, cut in half lengthwise, then thinly
sliced,
2 T. balsamic vinegar,
2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, or 1/2 tsp. dried

Directions:
Directions:
Place vinegar in a bowl; Add chicken and cover all sides. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper and thyme. Add chicken and turn to coat. Place chicken on a grill sheet (or in a heavy skillet with 2 T. olive oil). Cook about 10 mins. each side. Add onions during last 10 mins. of cooking.
