1 pound Beef Fat or Suet
½ pound Hamburger
½ pound Yellow Onions (about 2)
2½ tablespoon Chili Powder
½ tablespoon garlic Powder
½ tablespoon Paprika
½ tablespoon Ground Mustard
Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Render beef fat on medium heat in a frying pan. Drain thru a strainer & divide rendered fat into 2 frying pans.
Meanwhile, mince onions in a food processor until onions are a fine dice.
Cook onions & meat in separate frying pans.DO NOT BROWN EITHER!!! Sweat the onions & only cook the meat until the pink is gone.
Transfer meat to a sauce pan & mash with potato masher until very fine. Add onions. Keep all grease with meat & onions.
Add rest of ingredients, stir & cook about 5 minutes.
Add 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Cover & simmer for about 3 to 4 hours.
