8 goose breasts, bottle of soy sauce, Moores seasoning sauce, parsley, pepper jack cheese, Jalepenoes, bacon, toothpicks.

Directions:
Directions:
Start by marinating the goose breast for about 3 to 4 hours in a combo of soy sauce and moores (about half and half). then add in your parsley. After it is marinated cut a slit into the breast. Stuff it with Jalepenoes and the pepper jack cheese. Wrap it in bacon and stick a toothpick in it to hold the bacon on. Place on grill until medum and then enjoy.
