1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 T cocoa
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 oz. red food coloring

Cream Cheese Icing
1 box powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
Chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, cocoa, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix well and then fold in the vinegar, soda, and red food coloring. Bake in 3 cake pans. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.

Cream Cheese Icing - Mix softened margarine and cream cheese; add powdered sugar and mix well. Spread between layers,top,and sides of cake.
