1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. dry Original Randh Dressing mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 - 28 oz. cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans of pinto beans
2 cans of shoepeg corn
2 cans of Mexican Rotel tomatoes
garlic - equivalent to two cloves)
Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients together for a couple of hours. Top individual servings with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
