4 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
1 large onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 jalapeno pepper finely chopped & seeded
1/3 c. fresh cilantro chopped
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice

Mix all together and refrigerate. If you have a food processor - use it to chop everything up.
