Can use sausage, ham, or bacon
4 slices of bread torn into pieces
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the meat as usual and drain. Grease baking dish and place torn up bread pieces into it. With mixer, combine eggs, milk, and salt. Sprinkle the prepared meat over the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over that . Pour the egg/milk mixture over all and set in refrigerator overnight. In the morning bake at 350º

This can be prepared and baked at the same time but is better if left to set overnight before baking.
