3c. all purpose flour
2TBsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 can- 29oz- sweet potatoes (save juice)
1/4 c. liquid vegetable cooking oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mash potatoes and mix all together. Add juice from potatoes to make mixing easier. Bake on 375º until light brown.
