1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped purple onion
1/2 c. chopped papaya
1/4 c. chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
(can also add 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper if you wish)
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili power
1 Tbsp honey

Combine all ingredients, cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve with chicken or pork
