4 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 c. milk
1 large onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 lb sharp Cheddar cheese grated
1 (8 oz.) bag Doritos taco flavored crushed

Directions:
Grease a long baking dish. Make sauce with liquid ingredients above. Chop tomatoes, bell pepper and onion and add to the sauce mixture. Line bottom of dish with 1/2 of the crushed Doritos chips. Add 1/2 of the chicken and spread 1/2 the sauce mixture over the chicken. Repeat with 2nd half of chips, chicken and sauce. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate several hours, overnight if possible. Bake for 1 hour in a 350º oven.
