1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2-3 baskets fresh blueberrries
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 T margarine
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350, spray 13" X 9" pan with Pam.
In large bowl beat with a mixer 1/2 cup margarine and sugar; add buttermilk and beat well. Add egg & egg whites one at a time & beat well; add vanilla.
In another bowlcombine flour, baking powder & soda, add to margarine mixture until just combined.
Spread 1/2 of batter in prepared pan, cover evenly with blueberries and spread remaining batter on top.
Mix topping ingredients until crumbly: 1/4 cup each flour & sugar, 2 T margarine, cinnamon & 1 tsp water. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes and cool on wire rack.
