3 small bananas (1 cup), mashed
1/2 sugar
1/2 plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine banan, sugar, yogurt, margarine, vanilla, eggs. Beat with a mixer until well blended.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Add to banana mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into a 8" X 4 X3" loaf pan sprayed with Pam (batter will be thick).
Bake at 350º for 1 hour; cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack then remove from pan and cool completely.
