1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1 4 oz can chopped olives
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups monterey jack cheese
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 15 oz can tomato soup
1/4 cup corn oil
2 T chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in large skillet, drain and add olives.
Make sauce: In large saucepan combine tomato sauce, paste, soup, 2 cups water, corn oil, chili powder, garlic powder and let simmer 15 minutes.
Dip a corn tortilla into hot sauce one at a time to soften, fill with about 2 T meat mixture and 2 T each of cheeses, roll up and lay seam side down in a 13" X 9" pan. When finished pour any extra sauce and cheese over top.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
